Process
From first message to launch, between 3 days and 3 weeks.
Simple ships in 3–5 working days, Standard in 5–8, delivery starts after the Brief call. For clinics: Practice in 5–7 days, Clinic in 7–10. Custom and Specialty in 2–3 weeks. I work on one large project at a time, plus 1–2 small projects in parallel (a new page, an addon, an adjustment).

Brief
1 day
A short call and a shared working doc we build together. We agree on the audience, the content, the priorities and what stays out of scope. At the end, I write down what I understood, in plain words.

Design + build
3–7 days
I build directly in code, without intermediate mockups. You get a live preview link and can comment directly on the page, as we go.

Revisions
1–2 days
2–3 rounds of revisions are included, and we tune the design until it lands. Text edits, spacing adjustments, image retouches. Major scope changes are quoted separately.

Launch + handover
1 day
I configure DNS, hand over access, and leave behind a short admin guide. The first week after launch you have priority for any adjustment.
